Terms of Service for the KitHub Premium subscription
Last updated: 10 October 2026
1. Operator
The KitHub app (www.kithub.cz) is operated by a sole trader (natural person), company ID (IČO) 88087263, registered in the Czech Trade Register (trade licence since 25 August 2011), VAT payer (the “operator”). Details about the operator are publicly available in the ARES register.

2. What KitHub Premium is
KitHub Premium is a paid subscription to the KitHub app. It unlocks:
- unlimited kits, paints, gear and topics,
- full photo and attachment limits, with no daily cap.
A comparison of the free account and Premium is in the app's help (section “Free account and subscription”). KitHub Premium is a digital service provided over the internet; nothing is delivered physically.
3. Conclusion of the contract
- Only users with a registered account (not guests) can buy Premium.
- The purchase is started in the app (Settings → Account → Subscription, or from the offer shown when you reach a limit). Before paying, you see the price and these terms; you confirm that you accept them by ticking the box in the app's purchase window. Your consent is stored with your account and with the payment; you don't need to give it again until these terms change.
- The contract is concluded when the payment succeeds. Payments are processed by RevenueCat and the Stripe payment gateway; the operator neither sees nor stores your card details.
- After payment, you receive a payment confirmation by email.
- The operator archives the concluded contract (these terms as valid on the day of purchase) and will send it to you on request. The contract can be concluded in Czech or in English.
4. Price and payment
- The price is shown in the app's purchase window and is final, including VAT.
- The subscription is paid monthly in advance — by card or another payment method offered by the payment form.
- The operator will announce any price change by email at least 30 days in advance. The new price applies from the first period after that notice period; if you do not agree with it, cancel the subscription before then.
5. Duration, renewal and cancellation
- The subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel it.
- You can cancel at any time: in the app under Settings → Account → Subscription → Manage subscription, or via the link in your payment confirmation email.
- After cancellation, Premium stays active until the end of the paid month. No refund is given for the unused part of the month — except for withdrawal under Article 6.
- When the subscription ends, nothing is deleted or hidden. You just can't add or edit above the free account limits; you can still delete.
- An account with active automatic renewal cannot be deleted — cancel the subscription first.
6. Withdrawal — 14 days, full refund
- As a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of its conclusion (from the first payment).
- In that case, the operator refunds the full amount you paid, even if you have used Premium in the meantime. This goes beyond what the law requires.
- It is enough to send the withdrawal by email to the contact in Article 1 — you can use the model form below, but you don't have to. The deadline is met if you send the withdrawal before it expires.
- We refund the money within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal, using the same payment method you used.
- Withdrawal ends Premium; your account and data remain as with a free account (Article 5, point 4).
7. Defects and complaints
- If Premium doesn't work as it should, write to the contact in Article 1 and describe what is happening.
- We handle the complaint without undue delay, at the latest within 30 days of it being made. You are entitled to have the defect remedied and, if that isn't possible, to a reasonable discount or to withdraw from the contract.
- The operator strives for uninterrupted operation; short outages (maintenance, outages of infrastructure providers) can nevertheless happen.
8. Changes to the service and these terms
- The app evolves and changes. If a change would substantially worsen Premium, the operator will announce it in advance and you may cancel the subscription without penalty.
- The operator will announce changes to these terms by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. If you disagree with a change, you may cancel the subscription before then.
9. Out-of-court dispute resolution and supervision
- You can resolve a consumer dispute out of court with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Central Inspectorate — ADR Department, Štěpánská 15, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic, adr.coi.cz.
- Compliance with obligations towards consumers is supervised by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).
10. Personal data
How KitHub handles personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Final provisions
- The contract is governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you do not lose the protection afforded to you by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country.
- These terms apply in the version stated at the top.
